From the contact form: name, email, phone if you leave it, and what you write to us. We use it to reply, and for nothing else.

From an order: also delivery address and city, needed to get the parcel to you and for our tax obligations. Your first order creates a customer record so you don't have to type it all again next time.

From the newsletter: only the email address, and only if you ask for it.

From the server: IP address, date and time of the visit and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.

We count how many people visit the site with our own tool, hosted on our server: we don't use Google Analytics or anything else that sends your data elsewhere. That's why the site doesn't ask permission to measure — there is nothing to consent to.

We do not store your IP address. It is used only at the moment of the visit, for two things: to generate a session identifier that cannot be reversed, and to derive the approximate country and city (for example «Dominican Republic, Santo Domingo»). Then it is discarded: our database has no column holding IP addresses.

What stays stored is this and nothing more: a nameless session identifier, the page visited, the date, the approximate country and city, the device type, the browser and the language. No cookies, no profiling, and you are not followed from site to site.

The session identifier does not carry over from one day to the next: if you come back tomorrow, the counter sees a new visit. So the «people» figure is an estimate on the high side, not a headcount — that is the price of not identifying anyone.

The site has an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It is not a person: when you write to it you are talking to software, and we tell you so before you start.

What you write is sent to an artificial intelligence provider that generates the reply on our behalf. Messages are not used to train models. Don't type anything into the chat you'd rather not share: to reach a person there's the form and the phone.

The assistant gives you information about products, prices and shipping. It makes no decisions about you, signs no contract on your behalf and does not replace the team's answer: if something isn't right, a person decides.

To reply and handle an order: the contract and the steps you yourself ask for before it.

For tax and accounting obligations: the law.

For the newsletter and non-essential cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Messages that lead nowhere are deleted after 24 months. Assistant conversations are kept for 12 months so we can check what it answered. Tax documents, for as long as the law requires.

The technical suppliers that let us work: whoever hosts the site, whoever sends the emails, the courier who delivers, and the artificial intelligence provider behind the assistant. Each processes the data on our behalf and only for that task.

We do not sell or pass on your data to anyone for their own purposes.

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, take it with you, or object to the processing. Write to [email protected]: a person answers, not a form.

In the Dominican Republic the applicable law is Ley 172-13. If you write from the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 also applies to you, and you may complain to your national data protection authority.

This site sells tobacco products: you must be 18 or over to enter and to buy. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
