Shipping and delivery

We ship across the Dominican Republic. For orders outside the country, write to [email protected] first: we look at each case.

Shipping costs $15 and is free from $300 of purchase.

Catalogue prices are shown without ITBIS; tax and shipping are added in the cart before payment, always visible.

Delivery usually takes 24-48 h from order confirmation, depending on the area. Orders confirmed on weekends or holidays leave the next working day.

When the parcel leaves the warehouse you receive an email with the carrier and tracking number.

The carrier attempts delivery and leaves a notice. If the parcel returns to our warehouse we'll write to arrange a second attempt.
